Ms Liz Ioele

Elisabeth (Liz) Ioele is a Senior Lecturer in Medical Imaging at the University of Exeter, teaching across MRI, CT and cross-sectional imaging within undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. She brings over 15 years of clinical and leadership experience across NHS, independent, and commercial imaging services, with a background in MRI, CT, hybrid imaging, and service development.

Her work focuses on building structured, practice-focused education that supports clinical reasoning, safe autonomous practice, and workforce capability in modern imaging services. She has a strong interest in simulation-based education, workforce training pathways, and the integration of digital tools to strengthen learning and professional development in medical imaging.
