Asma Al Rehaili

Asma Alrehaili is a Saudi registered nurse and PhD researcher at the University of Exeter, supported by a scholarship from the Saudi Ministry of Education. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing with First Class Honours from Taibah University and a Master of Science in Advanced Nursing with Distinction from the University of Nottingham. Her doctoral research focuses on leadership education and development in undergraduate nursing programmes. She has experience in student leadership and community engagement, having chaired the Student Advisory Council, led her nursing student cohort, and contributed to community health-education campaigns. She was awarded certification as a Health Education Ambassador. Her research interests include leadership development, nursing education, and innovation and creativity in nursing education.
